Alysson Eduardo Sobrinho Rodrigues

Web Developer, Linux enthusiast

Bio

Web developer, passionate about technology since I can remember. Driven by challenges, extremely apathetic in low-entropy environments or the ones that provides "an easy and immutable path" to be followed. Currently studying Information Systems at the Federal University of RondonĂ³polis. I have experience in the public sector, and despite not adapting (precisely for the reasons listed above), I managed to generate value and leave things better than when I arrived. I have a difficult-to-explain passion for DevOps and Operational System's related studies. I constantly assemble and disassemble Linux distros, testing new technology concepts and observing how they can add value to a business. Currently, I am tirelessly working (+/- 14 hours a day) with React, Inertia JS, and Laravel. I have a particular interest in SPAs, using React and, like on this website, NextJS.

Don't overestimate me! The levels below are based on a junior/mid's perspective. They can be useful to you to see how important a technology is for me, and how much time I've been spending on it. None of these levels are based on a general perspective, once there are people that are way better than me in some of these technologies.

Off Topic

I'm a very pacific and curious person. I need to be constantly challenged to keep my mind healthy. I'm a big fan of music, and i listen to it all the time. My most proeminent problem is that have the tendency to procrastinate a lot. I'm working on it, but it's a slow process. I generally wanna know how things work in its core, that's specially true with computers and people. Another extremely proeminent characteristic of mine is that i'm a very competitive person. If it's bad or good, it depends on the context. I'm a very good team player, but we need to be clear about the rules and the objectives, otherwise I'll be totally overhelmed by anxiety.

Other than that, i'm just a regular guy. I play minecraft on free time. I'll drop some links related to my "personal life" below.
